The true spirit of Spiti reveals itself in the warmth of its people. Imagine sitting in a traditional mud house, sipping butter tea by the stove while the snow falls outside, or trekking through icy trails to reach age-old monasteries that seem frozen in time.
• Board train from Mumbai at 1 1.30 PM towards Ambala Cant Jn.
• Pickup Stations : CST/DADAR/THANE/KALYAN/NASHIK
Enjoy your train journey playing games & interacting with co-travellers.
• Enroute we will witness the lush Green Valley of Shimla. Followed by a halt at Narkanda where u can see the mountain ranges & apple orchard fields.
• Checkin, freshenup & get ready for the interactive group session for the further tour Expedition.
• Wake up early in the morning and get mesmerized by the beautiful sunrise.
• After breakfast, drive towards Chitkul- ‘Last Abode of India’. • On the way, get mesmerized by the stunning views of Sangla and Kinnaur Valley. Drive through the gateway of Kinnaur to reach the famous – Chitkul,
last village towards China border. Take a stopover at Sangla Market.
• Upon reaching, checkin into campstay and freshen up.
• Later enjoy warm dinner around the bonfire and overnight stay at Chitkul
• After the early morning walk in the Chitkul Village & near the River we will leave for Nako.
• On the way we will witness the Mesmerizing View of Kinnar Kailash Mountain.
• We will later reach Nako where we will visit Nako Lake & Nake Monastery.
• Later check-in to the hotel & rest.
• Post breakfast, start your onward journey to KAZA, enroute pass through the Khab bridge that marks the confluence of Spiti and Satluj River.
• We will be entering Spiti Valley crossing Sumdo and from here we will be visiting Gue Monastery in Gue village famous for 500 year old Mummy Stupa followed by 1021 Years old Tabo Monastery & Caves.
• Post that, we will drive towards Dhankar that is situated among rocky spurs and is said to be 1000 years old. Visit Dhankar monastery. Reach Kaza and check into your hotel/homestay.
• After breakfast, get ready for a full day excursion of KAZA.
• Visit the Key Monastery nestled in a bowl-shaped valley of the small village then we will visit Kibber that will lead your way to the Chicham Bridge, the highest bridge in Asia.
• Post lunch we will visit the village of the Buddha statue and get awestruck by its Beauty-Langza. Drive to the highest motorable road village in the World-Komic and next stop is Hikkim and from here send a postcard from ‘Highest Post Office’ in the World to your loved ones.
• Come back to Kaza. Dinner and overnight at Kaza.
• Wake up early and after having a hearty breakfast, leave for beautiful viilage RAMPUR.
• Enroute witness the mesmerizing view of Kinnar Kailash again & the Adventurous road carved in the mountains.
• Travel along the Spiti river and continue towards the Kinnaur Valley leaving behind the Spiti Valley to reach Kalpa.
• Later check-in to the Hotel, have dinner and rest.
• After Breakfast we will head towards Ambala Railway Staion.
• After a few hours of travel we will stop at shimla , visit the mall road & ridge point. After spending some leisure time we will leave for ambala station. Board Golden Temple (1 2904) train towards Mumbai.
• Enjoy your day by playing cards and interactive session, reach Mumbai at 1 1.00 PM with beautiful travel memories to cherish forever.
